Designed for guests who want to slow down and truly settle in — Loft 3 is a comfortable, well-equipped retreat on a quiet private road just off Playa Grande's main entrance. A 10-minute walk leads to one of Costa Rica's top surf breaks and the protected shoreline of Las Baulas National Marine Park.
The loft features a queen bed (sleeps 2), full kitchen, dedicated workspace, Starlink high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and Smart TV — everything a remote worker or long-stay traveler needs to feel at home. Step out to your private patio seating area, rinse off at the outdoor shower after the beach, and store your surfboards in the dedicated area behind the property. Shared laundry available on-site.
Within easy walking distance: Pots & Bowls, a local bakery, Beach Break Surf Cafe, surf rental shops, and several restaurants. Tamarindo is 20 minutes away for additional dining and shopping. Liberia Airport (LIR) is approximately 55 minutes by car.
Most guests who book a weekend end up extending. Weekly and monthly discounts available — monthly guests receive priority on their preferred dates.
