This cozy space features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, spacious living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and a full kitchen and dining room with a coffee bar. The patio deck also has a table and umbrella to relax and unwind. Conveniently located only minutes from shopping, dining, downtown, and the university. We look forward to your visit!

Very comfortable 2-night stay in a quiet, convenient location. House was clean and check-in was a breeze. Being an older home, electrical outlets are limited in bedrooms and bathrooms for device charging and using hair appliances. It would have been nice to have luggage racks in both bedrooms, or a place to hang clothes. It was helpful to have cotton swabs and flossers in the bathroom. A tissue box would have been nice, too. Instructions for using the thermostat would have been helpful, but we eventually figured it out. Very much appreciated the tea, coffee and other basic supplies.
