Had some issues with the cleaners not being finished right at 4. We could not find a broom to help keep the condo sand free, but the host made sure we got one and had it dropped off. The biggest issue with this condo is the parking. You have one spot that is designated with the condo, any other vehicles have to park in a visitor parking. There are not many visitor spots, and it is tight and hard to park along the fence, especially in a big vehicle! (Or if it’s raining because the entire west side of the parking area floods!)

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the brief delay at check-in while our cleaning team completed final preparations and appreciate your patience. We were also happy to provide a replacement broom promptly after learning the original was no longer in the condo. For future guests, the condo includes one designated parking space and access to visitor parking, with a maximum of two vehicles permitted per reservation, as noted in our listing details. During periods of unusually heavy rainfall, temporary standing water can occur in portions of the parking area, which is maintained by the condominium association.
