Phoenix 2041 is mere steps to the gulf. Any closer to the water and you would be in it. Gulf front balcony and living room. Phoenix 2041 has been updated with completely new kitchen and baths. The corner location makes for incredible views of sunrises and sunsets at sea, kids in the huge outdoor pool, or in the kiddie pool splashing under the mushroom waterfall. Check out the action on the beach from your beachfront balcony. There is even a second balcony so you can see fabulous sunsets and watch the action on our two tennis courts.

Want a change of pace from beach and pool? There is racquetball, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and pickleball (next door at Phoenix III) an exercise room, hottubs, saunas and a game room. Shopping, restaurants and supermarkets are very close by. There is a mini golf facility directly across the street and another two arcades a short walk away. Bring your bike and pedal through the state park or alongside the beach road on specially marked bicycle lanes.
