The host was very attentive and left snacks and was quick to respond to us. Unfortunately we got ate up by bed bugs. We contacted the host about this and the manager came out within 2 hours of the message. It would have been a great place if it were not for the bugs.

Thank you very much for your review! It was inconclusive that bedbugs bit you considering the guests before you and after you had no issues with bites. Here in Florida we have sand fleas, noseeums and mosquitoes. The deep woods off might have been suitable for your skin and blood type. Thank so much!

My husband and I took a vacation after Christmas into New Year's. The owner and the cohost are very nice. They had a bottle of bubbly in the refrigerator which was super sweet and the cohost David kept in contact to make sure everything was good. This Condo is right on the beach. The views were beautiful.

The condo needs alot of work. Barely fits 2 people in it. Toliet not working right, dry wall falling down, not very clean. No outside lights..outside not maintained at all. Also washer and dry are outside in garage leaking. Was not pleasent stay...

During your 19 day stay not one thing was mentioned about any of this. And 2 our defense, the exterior of the condo is going to be painted, that's what you're referencing. In regards to drywall, secondly, we have a professionally cleaned the only dirtiness.You encountered was what you brought in. We have outdoor lights. Apparently you didn't find them and the toilet had a little sign on it stating that if it doesn't flush right You lift the lid and free up the chain. Very simple it's fixed. I would suggest getting a hotel next time Considering the great deal, you got per night. Thank you so much!

If you want to explore, the Trolly is right out front, to go as far as St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach and anywhere in between at just $5.00 a day, unlimited (including John's Pass.The Calypso Dinner Cruise is 3 hours. Dinner, Drinks, and Dance included for $60.00 for 3 hours, 6:00 pm) The bridge is 2 blocks to go off the island. What can be better than being ON the beach, hearing the waves, watching the pelicans or the sunsets?
