There is a beautiful private backyard with comfy chaise lounges surrounding the pool. Use the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off your toes before jumping into the gorgeous pool. Beautifully landscaped, the backyard is a great place to enjoy the pool, gas grill, relax in the hammock or sit around the fire pit roasting marshmallows under the stars.
Gorgeous open floor plan of living room, dining room, and kitchen with dramatically vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The kitchen will delight the chefs in your group with plenty of room to work and well-stocked cupboards. The beautiful dining room is perfect for large family meals.
Three bedrooms and one bath downstairs offer a double bed, a queen bed and our very popular kids’ room with two twin beds (includes TV and XBOX One gaming system with games to keep the kids entertained). The downstairs also has a second living area for relaxing, or read your book in the bright and sunny reading area. Upstairs offers two queen bedrooms and one bath as well as the kitchen, dining room, large living area with 59” TV with cable, and desk area with free wifi.
All linens, blankets, and pillows are provided for every bed as are the towel sets for both bathrooms including beach towels. This home includes central air conditioning and you'll even find a washer and dryer to keep everything fresh! Perfect Weekend House

Everyone had plenty of room. Quick walk to the beach and very nice pool. Short drive to plenty of nice restaurants and stores. Communication with owner was quick and they were very accommodating and helpful.

Girls Trip

You can’t beat the location! The house is cute and has enough bedrooms for a long weekend. However, I was a bit disappointed the pool was not vacuumed when we arrived and the hot tub kept losing water. There was also an issue with ants in the dining area. The host is quick to respond.

Hi Sara, we were happy to host you and your guests. Unfortunately, the hurricane and stormy weather brings many pests inside to get out of the rain and wet ground, especially at the beaches. We do have professional pest control spray every month to help alleviate the issue, but sometimes they do get inside. The previous guests broke the pool vacuum hose and we were not able to get a replacement in time for your visit, our apologies for that, however we were happy our pool tech was able to come out and vacuum it again for us. You are welcome back any time.

Hot tub did not work. Tv downstairs did not work, ice maker did not work. Place could use some update. We did enjoy having our own pool and grill to use. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Jean, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at the beach house. Our apologies regarding the hot tub, as we explained, previous guests ran the hot tub continously and the motherboard burned out. We are not sure what the issue with the downstairs tv was, the cleaners were able to get the tv on, perhaps it will be helpful for us to leave instructions on the tv set, sometimes cable companiy remotes can be more difficult than others. We are sorry that you had that issue. Unfortunately a water line does not reach the refrigerator across the kitchen so the icemaker does not provide ice, our apologies for the inconvenience, thankfully there is a gas station within one block that has ice. Again, we are happy that you enjoyed the pool and the beach a few steps away. We enjoyed hosting you and your guests, you are welcome back anytime.

Great location could use some updates

The house has a great location about a block from the beach with shops and restaurants in walking distance. The downstairs bedrooms are much smaller than they appear online. No dressers for storage and two rooms don’t have a closet. It was difficult to keep clothes organized. One room wasn’t even large enough for my suitcase to be open. The yard is lovely, but the hot tub was cold when we arrived. The host did respond to my question regarding the issue. The pool is not heated, so we didn’t use it in late March since the weather was in the 70s and breezy and the pool was freezing. The kitchen had ample supplies and we cooked meals a few times. Having a grill outback was a nice addition. The house was large enough for our group of six. The entire house could use a good scrub and the carpets are due to be replaced (stains and general use). The downstairs bathroom looked like the toilet and shower had only been cleaned but the floor was dirty with sand. The refrigerator did not get very cold. The kids liked the video game system. If you’re coming into town on a plane, there are no beach chairs, sand toys etc., which is difficult. There are several pool towels in the home. Overall, we had a great time with family, but would recommend some updates.

Beth, we appreciate your feedback and welcome your comments. It is a quaint beach cottage 1 short block to the beach, and we do agree two of the downstairs bedrooms are on the smaller side (10x12) so we tried to take advantage by adding cabinets with mutliple baskets to hold summer clothing. While one downstairs bedroom does not have a closet, the one across the hall will hold more than enough hangers for three or four people. The kids room also has drawers since it seems easier to fold kids clothes instead of hanging. The upstairs bedrooms both have the walk-in closets, which are nice to store extra suitcases etc. Some guests even keep portacribs in the large upstairs closets, lol. We cannot keep the hot tub running when guests are not at the beach house, and we know that it does take about 30-45 minutes to heat up which can seem like an eternity sometimes, especially with anxious children. We are glad that you and your family did enjoy your stay and we welcome you back anytime.

Fantastic beach property! Exceeded our expectations!

We stayed here with our five adult children. This beach home was perfect in every way plenty of room for the whole family. The pool, hot tub and fire pit were so wonderful for quality time with the whole family. It is only a one minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay, the pool and hot tub were not clean. The couches in the living room needed to be vacuumed as we found food and popcorn under pillows. All else were up to par. The last group didn’t put the garbage out so cans were full when we arrived.We left can in street for pickup.l assume someone will put them back.

Perfect for a family vacation

We took our family vacation and enjoyed this property. It was nice to have a private pool. If you have infants/ small children, this house does have stairs, so we had to order a gate from Walmart so they would not fall down them. Kitchen was fully equipped with keurig & coffee maker and plenty of pans, utensils. Plenty of towels & beach towels also. Beach was a short walk. Very enjoyable!!

Beach Reunion

This was the perfect spot for us to stay with our adult children and reconnect. The pool and hot tub were very comfortable. An easy walk to the beach. Quick trip to nearby grocery stores and places to eat. We found the neighborhood walkable. Easy walk to nearby park and public tennis courts. We would happily stay again. The rental was equipped with everything we needed.

Beautiful house only 2 minutes walking to the beach!

Overall we had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The property is beautiful, the pool was so refreshing and clean, and the property manager was extremely responsive. The first day of our stay I let him know that an umbrella outside wasn't working and by the next day, he had brought a new one to replace it for us!! Some minor down-sides to the property were that the upstairs bathroom is located between the bedrooms and kitchen and blocks the path if someone is inside - this was only a minor inconvenience. We did see a few "palmetto" bugs which is to be expected for Florida, and the house was being treated regularly with pest control. Overall I would come back to this beach house as it had everything we could want and was in a great location only 2 minutes walking from the beach. Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect Family Beachhouse

Beautiful Home justa block from the beach. This house had everything we needed to feel at home. It had plenty of room for everyone to have space. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to make meals. The laundry made life a lot easier. The pool was beautiful and created a lot of fun for the family. The fire pit was perfect for a late night hang out and smores. The host was very responsive and great to work with.

Great beach access

Enjoyed our stay. House is short walk to the beach. More than enough bedrooms for Grandma, Mom and 2 kids ages 8 and 5. A rack of beach towels was available which was nice. More tv channels than expected. Pool isn't heated so didn't work for us as weather was chilly. Hot tub was cloudy which made it difficult to determine where to sit. Fence to backyard connected to neighboring house which had dogs, so unsure if entry was allowed. No way to exit backyard other than thru house without access from outside of fence.. Thanks for letting us stay, William.
