IMPORTANT - HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION REQUIREMENTS:
This property is located in the Compass Rose HOA community and is subject to HOA regulations. All guests must comply with the following before check-in:
30-Day Minimum Stay: Per HOA rules, all rental stays must be a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
Background Check & HOA Application: All guests are required to complete a Compass Rose HOA application and pass a background/credit check as a condition of stay. This is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Fees:

$500 Refundable Holding Deposit: Due upon booking. This secures your reservation while the HOA processes your application (typically 5-10 business days). Refunded within 14 days of checkout if no damages are reported, or if your application is denied by the HOA.
$150 HOA Application Fee: Paid directly to Compass Rose HOA for processing your background check and application. If your application is DENIED by the HOA, this fee is fully refunded and your booking is cancelled. If your application is APPROVED and you later cancel the reservation, this fee is forfeited.
