The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels: Please toss all used towels on the bathroom floor. Clean up beach gear: Remove any sand from the cooler, chairs and umbrella and put them back in the closet.
Tidy up the kitchen: Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Throw trash away: The garbage chute is located down the hall.
Turn things off: Switch off all lights, electronics and AC. Lock the doors: Please make sure the sliding glass door and front door are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Quiet hours are 10PM – 8AM. Noise complaints may result in a fine. - Smoking is only allowed in the designated area (in front of parking spot 7).
- Please rinse off sand from your body and beach gear before entering the condo. Hoses are located on either side of the building.
- Pool and grill hours are 8AM – 10PM - Please do not back into parking space - Please use drying racks and do not hang laundry on lanai rails

Everything about this lovely appointed home is 10/10! There is so much attention to making their guests feel at home. They get it! Excellent appliances, furniture, bedding, and stocked with a few essentials. The best thing though is the spectacular view from the lanai - which is large enough for 6 to comfortably hang out for sunrises and whale and turtle watching!
