Gorgeous 2 story penthouse with lanai and private roof top sundeck with the ability to sunbathe or sleep under the stars on the double chaise lounger. Incredible views of the ocean, Makena, Molokini, Sugar Beach, Haleakala and the harbor. Watch the whales in the winter and surfers in the summer. Year round views of sea turtles and boats going in and out of the harbor. Centrally located between Lahaina and Kihei. Nightly price is for 4 people. Additional charge applies for each person over 4.

Best VRBO I have ever experienced

This property matched its surroundings. The Property was stunning and had all the convinces imaginable. We love to cook in in the evenings. The kitchen had everything needed to make wonderful dinners. Every inch of the property was clean and beautifully finished. The upstairs outdoor patio was an incredible bonus. My husband and I spent every evening looking at the stars before bed. Had a chance to chat with some of the owners and general manager. Everyone was welcoming and friendly; made us feel right at home. The owners thought of everything with this property. Thank you for sharing!

We are all about amazing oceanfront views. We have been coming to Maalaea for 20 years and absolutely love it. We typically spend a few months a year in Maui and love the centralized location of Maalaea. We took the plunge in April of 2021 and purchased our first ocean front condo in Maalaea. We've been having so much fun with it, that when our dream penthouse came on the market, we knew we had to have it. We love being able to share this unique and very special place with guests as well as spend time here ourselves. We've put a great deal of thought and work into making our Maui condos comfortable and inviting to our guests. We invite you to relax, enjoy the views, listen to the sound of the waves and embrace the beauty of the ocean and tropical paradise that Maui is. Why they chose this property

We use the term casual elegance to describe the penthouse. This is a unique and one of a kind condo. It is the only unit in this complex that has it's own private sun deck in addition to a downstairs lanai. Custom cabinets and woodwork. Stereo bluetooth receiver with 8 speakers throughout. Dimmable lighting. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, the tiki torches are lit along the ocean, which adds to the Hawaiian ambiance. Swim in the pool with a view of the ocean. Bathroom in lobby of building for easy access when using the pool. There is a large grassy area for laying out in the sun or reading a book in the shade while listening to the sound of the waves and palm trees blowing in the warm, tropical tradewinds. Community lounge chairs provided. This is a new purchase for us and we have added lots of new items including California King memory foam beds in both bedrooms, bedding, towels, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Keurig, Nespresso maker, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, all kitchen dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils, hot water heater, washer & dryer, toilets, downstairs lanai screen doors, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach towels. There is a "work from home" area in the primary suite with a view of the harbor. It has an electric stand up, sit down desk with charging ports. There is also a wireless printer for your use. This is the first time this condo has been offered as a rental. Our goal is that our guests love it as much as we do! Mahalo!

What makes this property unique

The private sun deck plus lanai, amazing views, central location (15 minutes from the airport) are a few of the reasons we love the penthouse. It's also quite private, in spite of being in a condo building. A short walk to the beach and harbor. There are a lot of options for snorkel/dive/whale watching tours within walking distance. The Maui Ocean Center aquarium is within walking distance. Maalaea is a quiet little harbor town with a couple of restaurants and shops.
