Super easy process to check in. Pre-stay communication was exactly what I wanted. Onsite staff was super friendly and helpful! Wonderful service!

Check in was wonderful. View was so enjoyable. Couch and chairs were better than pics. Pots and pans were not large enough to cook for 4 adults and 2 children. We cooked then moved to a plate then cooked the rest ( not ideal but we did it) Pool was a bit on the cool side but doable :) the hot tub was very dirty so unusable. Not enough coffee or paper towels for a 2 day stay. Half a roll and I pack that made half a pot. Would not stop me from staying again just would bring dishes.

Very nice, needs updated

The property was beauiful; however, when we walked in it smelled "old and musty" like my deceased grandmothers home. Kitchen was great but the bedrooms/baths need updated. Furniture from the 80's. Bathrooms small, no hot water in one of them. Nice stay overall, but really needs to be updated to the 21st century.

Lakeway

The property is convenient but the unit could use quit a bit of updating as I am sure you are aware. Also I have stayed in these units for years and can't for the life of me understand why you don't include shampoo and conditioner - pretty lame. I would gladly pay more if you guys would update and include shampoo and conditioner. Thanks, Mr. Myres

Casita stay

Everything was good and we had a blast! Just 2 things that weren’t up to par. The hot tub didn’t work. I informed them on the first night and they said they would have someone out to fix the following day but no one came and the hot tub still didn’t work. So unfortunately there was no hot tub for our stay :/ Second, we stated that there were 6 people coming (so two rooms and then the couch) but there was only linens for the 2 beds. We made it work though! Other than that, the stay was fine and we had a great time!
