Brand-new construction on an oversized, leafy green lot combines with an unbeatable location just minutes from MacKerricher State Park and the ocean to create the perfect Fort Bragg getaway. And the spectacular Mendocino coastline, with its plentiful cliffside trails and beaches, is an easy car-ride away.
At home, you’ll enjoy coffee or a cocktail on the quiet deck while the kids and family dog play in the large, grassy yard. Inside, you’ll find a bright, new living space. The open concept means everyone can gather together, and the high ceilings, new furnishings, and soothing color palate enhance that vacation vibe. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like spices and cooking oil. Dine together at the table for eight before heading out.
At the end of a day exploring, fire up the gas grill at home for an evening cookout. Stream your favorite movies in the loft upstairs, play a friendly game of foosball, or grab a board game for some more together time. Call it a night in one of two comfortable bedrooms, but not before toasting your good luck at booking such a charming coastal escape.

Lovely clean space, well stocked and excellent location. Very pet friendly and comfortable. I loved the large kennel outdoors we could put the dogs in when we were unloading and loading!
Beautiful home in quiet and peaceful community. Modern appliances and comfortable beds. The ONLY negative is that there is no TV downstairs or in the bedrooms. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of the home, the peaceful community, and the modern appliances, as well as found the beds comfortable. Your kind words truly mean a lot to us.
We appreciate your note about the TV placement and will be sure to pass this along to our local team for consideration. It's great to know that, overall, you had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We hope to welcome you back to our home again soon.
This house was perfect for us! Very clean and spacious. We loved the quiet neighborhood and close proximity to downtown, beaches and resturants. Would love to stay here again when we return to Fort Bragg.
We have been coming to Ft Bragg for over 20 years. We never found a place that was very nice until now. The house was cute, clean, and well cared for. It was fun seeing squirrels and deer from the windows. We usually stay closer to the water, but with family joining us this was the perfect spot!
Great location with quite neighborhood close to town. Really had a nice stay only hang up for us was if you bring your dog they can not go upstairs. Upstairs is where the mastered (King) and TV room is so we were not going to leave our dog downstairs all alone.
Appeared nearly brand new. Big bedrooms. Sofa slept another two (fairly) comfortably. Pet-friendly with good first floor setup for those staying with a dog. Private location walkable to the coast / state park and nearby to towns, hikes and other sights. House was clean and had everything we needed. Good communication on check-in / out. Only thing that didn’t cooperate was the weather! Would recommend to a friend.
Clean, roomy and well stocked kitchen. Literally across the street from the state park so you don't have to drive to the beach. About a 3.5 mile walk along the beach to town.
Only down side is there is no outdoor area to hang out. I mean there is the front porch, but that faces the street. It would be nice if there was some kind of picnic table or the like in the back yard. Also would be nice if it had some kind of fenced area for dogs. Its a dogs allowed home, but nowhere for the pooch to run around - unless your dog doesn't like to chase squirrels, other dogs, cats, lizards, or deer (and if your's doesn't please give me the name of your dog's trainer). I gave it 5 stars though because, unless those two points are critical to you, the house is fine. Also we had FANTASTIC help from Vacasa when the low battery signal started going off on the smoke alarm - Kat @ Vacasa got Mike out there right away and not only did he fix the situation, he also was kind enough to entertain our questions about the area and give great advice on where to go. Will rent from Vacasa again.
The house was great! Beds comfy and plenty of space to spread out. This rental is managed by Vacasa, so you will pay extra for fees and be directed away from VRBO to pay a balance and obtain other pertinent information.
That part is a bit frustrating. I would stay here again.
We got a text we could check in early, and while unpacking at 3:30, the property manager (Kat) drove up and said "oh, you are here early". Hmm, that was odd and not called for. She had to put a rug under the table in the living room. When we couldn't find the laundry soap, I called Kat to ask where it was. Turns out there were only 2pods in a little jar on the washer, and so I asked her to bring more for our 5 night stay. Said she would on Tuesday, but at 4pm when we got back none had been left, so I called and got a vm saying her days off are Tues and Wed. Ugh. I called the pleasant backup Chad, they came by within 15 minutes with a bid ziplock and dryer sheets! When we left for dinner about 15 minutes later, there was a baggie on the porch. Guess Kat finally got around to it.
