Beautiful beaches and views from our balcony. Condo is spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pools every day after coming in from the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall, this unit and the property does not disappoint! The condo is huge but clearly long forgotten by the owners. We've rented other, smaller units at Tops'l Tides that are just so lovely and quaint. This one looks like it hasn't been touched or any furniture changed out in 10 years. It was reasonably clean but the furniture was a little icky. For the size and cost, it would be nice for the owners to have included a cooler, a few beach games/items (simple) and some chairs but nada. So we left some behind in hopes they would leave them for future families. The supplies were also lacking in my opinion for my family of 5 in a 3 bed/3 bath condo - soap in each bathroom would have been a nice touch. The property management does a great job at responding to any/all issues (we only had a few minor ones) and the bartenders at the tiki bar are great. The prices were a little insane but the food was delicious. The property is also in a fantastic location, 15-18 minutes from a ton of food and entertainment options. You have to stop in Redd's :)
