➤Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Fee of $25 per dog per night applies. You must clean up after them outside (waste) and inside (fur). No dogs on furniture without covers or wet dogs inside. Dogs should be crated if you leave the house. You'll find couch covers and Nature's Miracle to help keep the home clean. Additional fees will be charged if there is any damage

To ensure everyone’s safety and to comply with insurance and legal requirements, all guests must acknowledge and accept these risks.
This waiver applies to any water-related activity or equipment you may use on or near the property, including:
Swimming or wading
Using paddleboards, kayaks, rafts, or canoes
Walking on docks, beaches, or near water
Fishing or boating
Any other recreational waterfront use
By using the waterfront or any water-related equipment, you understand and accept that:
Water activities are inherently risky.
You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of anyone in your group.
