Newly remodeled 4 bedroom home in quiet cul-de-sac that can sleep up to 10 people. Take a beautiful hike only .8 miles away at Palmer Park, quick 2.5 miles to UCCS, and visit Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy, Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs, Downtown all within a 15-20 minute drive. The updated modern kitchen and grill on our beautiful new deck will allow you to have an enjoyable dining experience.

The home combines the feel of colorful Colorado and features my own original artwork throughout the home. Each of our bedrooms our designed carefully in order to enhance comfort so that each of our guests can enjoy a peaceful and restful night of sleep. Two of our queen beds have brand new Serta innercoil pillow top mattresses while the third queen bed features a new supportive firm memory foam mattress. The twin bed mattresses and pullout mattress are also brand new. Enjoy our spacious fenced backyard.

There is a lifetime of things to see and do right here in Colorado. My family and I enjoy hiking, backpacking, skiing, snowboarding and traveling to the many wonderful places and towns here. I have 2 kids one in elementary and one in middle school. I love to get lost in the wilderness but then enjoy ending my day in the comforts of an inviting and relaxing home.
