Heater not higher than 70° F and not lower than 66° F. AC not lower than 68° F. Turn it OFF when away.
Do not set thermostat to ON position. Just AUTO mode please.
$3000.00 deposit for any reservations with a companion/support animal. Immediately inspections after check-out(s) to return deposits asap.
