Cabin was wonderful. Decks were very private and views were spectacular. Very peaceful. The road to get to the property was very winding and steep. The gated access gave a greater sense of security. The host was very responsive to any questions.

The cabin itself was nice and had a great view which is my reasoning for the two stars. At first glance the cabin was fine but the more we looked around it was clear that the cabin wasn't cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. We noticed our first night we weren't able to even fill the tub to give our toddler a bath before the water turned cold. Showers were unpleasant and we had to wait awhile in-between others showering. Our second day I turned the lights on in the kitchen and was horrified to find SEVERAL cockroaches running across the counter tops. I immediately messaged them and sent several photos. I was told to simply "try turning off the lights and waiting a moment to see if they disburse". During that same time I alerted them of the water temperature issue. They were fast to respond and sent a technician who could not find an issue with the water. I tried calling and had to leave a message to receive a call back and never received one. I let them know the water issue was not resolved and was told they'd send him back, he never showed. No updates were provided despite me sending several messages. We found cockroaches in every single room of this house. I asked to switch rentals and was told they would send my request to the "team" and reach back out, I never heard back. I'm disgusted with what we had to deal with and the lack of customer service provided. We weren't able to truly enjoy our family vacation.
