Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I have rented many places and I’m ranking this as one of the best rentals I have ever rented.1. Communication: Ben was extremely responsive and friendly.2. Location: The town of Old Fort has gone through a lot in the past few years, but that has not diminished its charm and resilience. The house sits on a beautiful creek and has a great view of the sunrise which we enjoyed from the screened in porch. The house is walking distance from downtown. The downtown has several breweries with great vibes and also has several coffee shops and art shops. The access to camp Grier and the Watershed mountain bike parks were the biggest draw for us. 3. Accumulations: Very clean with comfy beds, high quality towels, linens, pillows, blankets, ect. The kitchen was very well equipped, sharp knives (which is rare in my experience). There were numerous times we needed something and thought there was no way we would find it, and we looked in a drawer and would find it. 4. The basement is set up for bikes or gear with racks, pumps and bike stand to do basic work. This is very valuable to anyone who is looking to store camping gear, bikes or other items while they are away and there is a great smoker/charcoal grill wich we loved cooking on.We will be back.
