The home features a bright, open-concept layout with large windows that bring in natural light and views of Lake Arenal and the surrounding mountains.

I have always enjoyed creating and improving spaces. Hosting came naturally to me because I like offering places where people can truly relax, feel comfortable, and enjoy their surroundings without compromises. I don’t see these houses as “rentals” — they are homes that I’ve personally chosen, remodeled, and furnished with care, using quality materials and finishes that age well and feel good to live in.

What I enjoy most about hosting is knowing that guests are creating memories here: family trips, time with friends, quiet mornings by the lake, or evenings enjoying the views after a day exploring Arenal. I aim to provide homes that feel peaceful, functional, and welcoming — places where you can settle in easily, whether you’re staying a few nights or a few weeks.

I live locally and take pride in being a hands-on host. This means clear communication, attention to detail, and being available if you need help, recommendations, or local insight. At the same time, I fully respect guests’ privacy and want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Costa Rica has a lot to offer, but Arenal is truly special. Between the lake, the volcano, the wildlife, and the slower rhythm of life, it’s a place that invites you to disconnect and enjoy the present moment. I chose Arenal because it brings together everything I value in a place: nature, space, calm, and balance. It’s one of the rare areas in Costa Rica where you can feel truly surrounded by nature while still having access to good restaurants, activities, and services.

The lake, the volcano, and the changing light throughout the day create an atmosphere that never feels repetitive. Mornings are peaceful, evenings are quiet, and there is always a sense of openness and fresh air. Life here moves at a slower, healthier rhythm, which is something I appreciate and wanted to share with others.

Arenal also attracts a certain type of traveler — people who enjoy comfort but don’t need crowds, who value experiences over noise, and who come to disconnect, spend time together, and enjoy the environment.
