Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Parking is easy- use driveway space next to the exterior stairs. It can accommodate up to 2 cars in tandem. Please don’t block the space behind the silver car, as the downstairs business use it daily.
For your convenience, the unit uses an electronic door lock. Once the rental agreement is completed, we’ll provide you with your own access code so you can arrive and settle in with ease.
When your garbage is full, please place the bags in the outdoor can. City collection happens Monday mornings.
