Beautifully decorated large space with optional room for additional sleeping, friendly hosts, located near NYC Subway for convenience. Communications with the hosts were very challenging and responses should have been a lot more timely, including any sort of acknowledgement of the reservation. Property description, especially the actual location, needs to be updated. Hosts should provide some sort of "smart lockbox" for the fab and key instead of having to meet the guests. Host made good efforts to explain or rectify any situation though
