Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Some dishes are hand wash (ex. wine glasses, knives, cutting boards) please do not put them in the dishwasher.
No need to take out the trash. If you compost, please add that to the correct bin outside, if you separate Ridwell, cans, or the Nespresso pods, I can take care of them but it is not necessary.
Remove and collect in piles all used bedding and towels. Please leave towels in the bathtub, especially if wet or damp.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is my third stay at the South Tabor Charmer and it continues to be my favorite in Portland and perhaps world wide too. Great host, great location. Plus it is a stones throw from Rain or Shine coffee, best in South Tabor if you ask me. Can't rave enough about this place.

Wonderful property and host. Very quiet and great location. We have stayed at many SE Portland VRBOs visiting our grandson and this unit is exceptional....top tier. It is very well organized and equipped including a kids play room. The host is stellar. Friendly, helpful, great communicator and the listing is accurate.A experience. Highly recommended.

And just like that we’ve found our new go-to rental in Portland! An absolute killer value - never been in a rental before that felt like it was furnished as if someone actually lived there. Beds, couch, even dining chairs were all extremely comfortable and there were tons of little nice touches throughout (closeup mirror in the bathroom, throw blanket stash in the living room, usb-c plugs next to each bedside, etc)Also received a huge batch of fresh plums from the neighbor’s tree! I mean, how could we not come back?!

The host, Kristina, was amazing. It was easy to get in touch with her. We was VERY accommodating.The house is definitely clean and cute. It’s in a nice neighborhood. Not pictured on her listing, but there is a full kitchen should you need one. I would stay here again!

Wow!! This home is amazing. It’s near lots of shops but tucked out of the way enough to be quiet. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE and there’s a charming garden in the back yard. I can’t wait to visit Portland again - and when I do, I hope this place is available!

This neighborhood is close to transit, easily bikeable, and close to the Mt Tabor Park. There is so much charm and historic architecture, I love taking my dog on walks and exploring the local coffee shops and dinning.
