Crystal, thank you for taking the time to respond. Our team is so glad Sweet Netarts was a perfect fit for you and your pet, and that you enjoyed the nearby beaches and state parks. It’s wonderful you had a great time — we’d love to welcome you back.
This location was great in that it had everything we needed to wind down after a long day exploring the Oregon Coast! The place was clean was accurately listed.
We’re saving the listing for a future trip!
The house was just as pictured, very cute with all the necessities! We were very pleased to find plenty of dishes for our family of 5 and having the smart TV was a plus for the evenings. There was a "fishy" odor inside the front door that we could not find the source of, but it did not travel throughout the house. Netarts was our favorite area during our trip, great beaches close together. Thank you for a great first time ocean experience for our family!
A bit dumpy and stingy for the price but good location to explore from
I thought this property was a bit dumpy given the price but it was clean and did the job of getting us near the beautiful places to explore on the coast. The views from the house are not good, but if you walk down the street, there's a nice park with a bench. And it's a good jumping off point to explore the nearby state parks. Personally I don't love these corporate-managed properties - for example, they informed us they do not leave an extra roll of toilet paper so you're on your own after one roll which feels pretty stingy (again, given the price).

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication, location
Vacasa & Vrbo lack of communication
The house was clean, had many amenities but the beds were very uncomfortable and the couch/futon was horrible to sit on. Still trying to understand how I booked through VRBO but Vacasa replied to my questions. This was very confusing and I was not getting timely replies because I never knew who to reply to or communicate with.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you found our home clean and enjoyed the amenities, but we are truly sorry to learn that the beds and couch/futon did not meet your comfort expectations. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand how confusing it can be to navigate communication between VRBO and Vacasa. We strive to provide timely and clear responses, and we apologize for any frustration this may have caused. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
A small but spacious two bedroom one bath home. The home is clean throughout. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and kitchenware to make yourself a meal, although we only cooked breakfast during our stay. The beds are firm but not hard, which is a preference each sleeper would need to determine if it is good or bad. We prefer a softer bed, but who doesnt sleep better in their own bed? The living room furniture is not very comfortable, but I've never sat on a futon that met the mark. The other two chairs were comfortable in comparison. The wifi worked great and roku on the tv was loaded up and ready.
Staying at this home was a good choice for us. It provided a place to pivot from as we explored the many opportunities on the coast. We had our 18 year old granddaughter with us along with our dog and really appreciated the home and its location.
