The house was clean and well stocked. The view overlooking the ocean was breathtaking and the fact that you can walk down stairs directly from the property to the beach was perfect! Wish our stay was longer.
THIRD BEDROOM MATRESS WORN OUT. NOT BAD. BUT THE PROPRTY WAS WELL CARED FOR AND FANTASTIC. MUST HAVE TAKEN YEARS TO PERFECT THE GARDEN LIKE LANDSCAPING! THANK YOU.
The house being right on the beach was ideal. Our kids had a great time. The view off the deck is amazing anytime of the day. The house could use some updates and some blinds or curtains into the two bedrooms that face the ocean. The rooms got very warm during the day with the sun coming directly in. Trying to keep up on the cleaning since staying for a week was hard as there wasn’t much to work with. No dust pan, bathroom or counter cleaning products.
Someone with a large white dog must be using the property between rentals. The place was dirty with dog hair on the couch and floor.bloody bandages were found inside the couch and on the floor.Had to remove and wash some sheets before sleeping.Difficult to enter the property with old keypad.Otherwise the house and location were very nice
Loved the water views and sunsets from deck and inside this home. Large well stocked kitchen and spacious bathroom. Steps down to beach were easy for us to manage and sand below along the water was lovely . Loved the location for access with short drive to Cape Lookout hike and Netarts Spit , also Cape Meares close by in other direction.
Beautiful view of Netart's Bay. The house was very clean (important during the pandemic). Our family had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again.
This place was better than described. We loved the location. The view was great and proximity to beach was excellent.
The cabin was clean, had everything we needed and was much bigger than expected. We will come again.
We had a wonderful time in Netarts, the beach house is very welcoming and comfortable, the view is superb and we enjoyed stunning sunsets. Thank you for having us!
Didn't see the host, but he was helpful by phone.Only suggestion was that it would have been nice to have bedding on hand for the hideabed and fold up pads.
Cute house that was very well equipped for our stay. The stairs to the beach would be a bit treacherous for people with mobility issues, but it was fine for our group. The beach you can access from the property is small and sparsely populated, so it was great for our kids and pups to run around.
Small family get together on the beach. Actually got sunsets! Near everything fun. Loved the place has its own stairs down to the beach. Only problem is bathroom is on first floor, nothing upstairs where bedrooms are.
