The Space:

With the Pacific Ocean waiting just across the dunes and the heart of downtown Rockaway Beach within a few blocks' stroll, this oceanfront home is the easy, comfortable Oregon Coast getaway you've been hoping for.



This home occupies one half of a duplex, with a long ocean view deck running the length of the house that's divided between the two sides. Inside, you'll find an open living space with large picture windows, several comfortable sofas, and a streaming-equipped TV. You can follow the sandy path home from the beach each afternoon, toss the day's towels in the washer/dryer, and log onto the free WiFi to catch up on a bit of photo-sharing. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare homemade breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, including full-size appliances, a breakfast bar, and a bistro table for four by the window.

The fireplace is not for guest use.

We do not encourage swimming here, due to the cold temperatures of our waters and dangerous rip tides.

This was a clean, sensible property with close beach access. It was well furnished and comfortable with plenty of space for 4-6. If anything could be improved, it would be the couches and blinds, they were definitely a bit worn and in need of repair in some cases

Fantastic place to stay! Everything you need except food and clothing! They even have rain gear!! Literally a couple minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Parking is close, safe, and spacious. I’m so glad I tried it. I will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was exactly as pictured, very clean, and in a great location close to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.A couple of minor issues: the refrigerator had a strong odor when we arrived. Also, while doing laundry and vacuuming, we must have tripped a breaker because the lights in the opposite bedrooms stopped working. Unfortunately, I had to sleep one night without my CPAP because of it. Aside from those issues, we had a great experience and would recommend this home.

This place was really clean! Great little duplex, 2 minute walk to the beach. You cant see the ocean from the residence but its a short walk. Pretty private since noone was in the other duplex for our stay. Only a five minute drive to Garibaldi, where you can crab and clam. Super cute!
