Great space to spread out in. There were 4 of us and everyone was very pleased. We cooked and had everything we needed. Not far from the beach. We had a bit of a problem opening the front door, but then read the directions more closely and all was well.

Really nicely designed house with amazing views of Rockaway and the beach. Spotless clean and well equipped. With two very comfortable living rooms and a great deck the only problem was deciding where to enjoy a view of the ocean!

Overall great place with a beautiful view.

The place was wonderful for our party of six. Beautiful view with a large deck. Comfortable seating inside and out. There are a few things that need to be addressed. Too few forks, the rug under the dining table is coming apart at the seams so the wheels of the chairs would catch in them. There is also an animal scratching near the master bathroom which is probably damaging the roof/siding of the home. We looked but could not find anything.

The location was great because we were away from the wind, the view was great and we could still hear the ocean. We loved the deck space. Check In was easy, the house is very spacious, the beds were comfortable. That being said, a couple things that did not necessarily detract from our stay but would have been nice to know…ice maker didn’t work, so bring or buy some. Also, the dinner we planned for the outdoor grill had to be changed since there wasn’t any propane. We did not contact anyone because it was 7 pm on the last night and we needed to eat at that point. The reviews indicate the kitchen is well stocked ..eh, rusty cookie sheets and paper supplies were minimal i.e, we had to buy coffee filters. There are plenty of plates and wine glasses, however. The house was mostly clean..carpets and couch need shampooing.

The views are amazing! Ocean views from large windows. Our bed was very comfy. Loved that you had a washer dryer. The master bedroom bath and shower were so nice. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very quiet neighborhood. Beach towels and nice beach area. This is a great house to visit!

This was an amazing property and perfect for us! The beds were very comfortable, the layout of the house was great, and the secluded location was great. We brought our dog, and she had a wonderful time also! The master bath is lovely - but 1 recommendation would be an upgrade in the shower heads. Overall - it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property celebrating July 4th with our family. The highlight was the joy of watching fireworks from the luxury of our patio! The beds were great and Vacasa was super responsive to our messages. Here are some of very small things that could have made it much better: 1. We circled around couple of times before we saw the exact location. If anyone reaching there at night, definitely they will miss that. 2. For the money we are paying, they could have stocked these basic stuff. No one is going to steal these items --Coffee with some cream --Kleenex --Aluminum foils --Pizza cutter/slicer --Couple of water bottles 3. The sofa covers in the living room had a lot of stains 4. Dark shades to cover the windows during summer times
