Great little place

Check in was easy. Upon arrival the house looked clean and very nicely decorated. Great stay. Had everything we needed and enough room for us all to have our own space.

Wonderful stay overall

The house was cleaned very nicely, besides some minor stains on the bed sheets. The toilet paper holder did fall off the wall a lot and looked to not be screwed on correctly. We also had the neighbors park their cars on our driveway and we had to tell them several times to move them. Overall the house is in a beautiful location, about 5 min walk to the beach, and very neat. Kitchen appliances were amazing! They included almost everything you could think of! We had a great time!

That said, we apologize for any cleanliness details that were missed and for the toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Our local manager assured us that the sheets have been checked and are clean and the toilet paper holder has been re-attached to the wall. Additionally, they spoke with the neighbors about the parking concerns and have brought this to the attention of the homeowner as well. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.

NO HEAT!

It was a very cold stay. Called VRBO 1 hr after arrival got txt from call center but no actual maint people until 10AM the next day. They couldn't fix it so they brought us one small radiator and then added one to the downstairs a couple hours later. we had to gout and by three more heaters just to warm the place and VRBO did nothing to suggest they wanted my future business.

Family time

Beautiful house. Well stocked for basic needs. Close to the beach. If we had the whole family we may stay there again if…the AC is working. The listing said there is AC. This is not true. There is indeed an AC system but there are signs that advise not to use it. These are not new signs. the management company has no idea why the owners have put the signs there. The management company had to come to change batteries in the lock so they tried the AC and it’s not working. This amenity should be removed from the listing to be accurate. It was 80+ in the house when we arrived. Over night with all windows open and fans going it cooled down. by late afternoon each day it was back up to 80. (We came from Texas to escape the heat…not wallow in it. lol)

Almost Perfect

The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Our main complaint would be that the upstairs A/C did not work. None working A/C meant needing windows open and that was not pleasant. We tried to tolerate the strong smell from the sewer plant but couldn't. We called Vacasa to get help thinking, we just didn't know how to work the thermostat however they were of no help. I went to read past reviews and realized that it's been an ongoing problem. We really loved the home and location, just wished it wasn't so close to the sewer plant. Another small problem was that all three toilet paper holders fell off their bracket. They all need to be reinstalled properly. Overall good stay. A working A/C would have made it a perfect stay.
