The house was homey and a great location. We loved that it is so near the beach! The only things that brought the rating down was that there was quite a bit of dog hair on the kitchen towels and the decor was dusty, like it hadn't been deep cleaned in awhile. Also, the only pot holder in the kitchen melted to the oven rack when trying to take a pan out of the oven, so I had to use a towel instead.Otherwise, we loved our vacation and are appreciative of the affordable home so close to a wonderful beach!

The tap water has an odor of chlorine and tastes strange. Stairs are incredibly steep - says it's not advised for children under 2.....no, maybe kiddos 4 and olders less than 60. The housekeeper was waiting before the 10 am checkout, felt like stalking. When I arrived, the dishwasher was still running, I went to empty it a day or two later - the dishes were still dirty. The bottom part of the dishwasher fell off - I left it as it was. On my third day, I went to do laundry and found both the dryer and the washer full of linens. The wet linens had been in the washer for two days...I didn't know there were there. Housekeepers could have left a note. The host is AI - couldn't even respond about determining which of the multiple remotes would work for the television. No useable response for the entire time I was there....don't count on a real person addressing any concerns. The good aspect of the property is the location, and that's it. The house is crap, the beach is great. Don't bring kids, it's unsafe.

Wonderful Time

Just me, the husband and our 2 kids for a quiet weekend. The beach was only minutes away. We walked up the beach to the jetty, probably during the worst wind of the day. The weather was wet and windy but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. I love a good storm. The house was probably bigger than what the 4 of us needed but we were comfortable and enjoyed lit stay. Considering staying here again for future visits.

Great location to the beach! House was set uo well for families. Was a little dirty . Nothing major. The yatd was fenced in but was very unkept and rum down. It coukd use some cleaning up.

Not user friendly

Save your money on this one. Very poor layout. Kitchen and very small dining downstairs, living room upstairs. Upstairs deck has partial view but absolutely nothing to sit on. Crud covered front window and moldy deck railing (these issues were mentioned in a previous review but never corrected). There are better places.
