This cozy 4 BR / 3 Bathroom home is centrally located in a quiet, exclusive neighborhood in the village of Coronado, on a quiet street off of Glorietta Boulevard right next to the Golf Course and surrounding San Diego Bay.
Comfortably sleeps 7 adults or 6 adults and 2 children. Large master bedroom upstairs with king size bed, adjacent dressing room, walk in closet and bath room with bath and shower. Two additional upstairs bed rooms with King and Queen size beds sharing a bathroom with shower. Separate washer/dryer room and 4 balconies.
Separate downstairs bedroom with a Full size Murphy bed (for 1 adult or 2 children) and office desk, garden access and a separate bathroom with shower.
Large living room, separate dining room, plus a large kitchen area with adjacent breakfast table and family space downstairs. The newly remodeled kitchen has all basic appliances, including espresso/cappuccino machine, coffee maker, blender. Upstairs bathrooms are newly remodeled with double-shower heads each and one full-size bathtub. Large and private, tranquil GARDEN area and yard is great to relax and is equipped with two tables, coffee table with chairs, couch and a BBQ grill.
This area is for vacationers looking for a tranquil, relaxing stay on this beautiful island next to San Diego. Walking distance to all the attractions in Coronado, but off the traffic heavy 3rd/4th and Orange Avenues: walking distance to the Community Tennis courts & Coronado Yacht Club (~5 minute walk), Boat/Yacht Rental (~10 minutes), and to a world class beach next to the Hotel Del Coronado (~12 minutes), Community Swimming Pool (~12 minutes), and the San Diego Bay/Ferry Landing on the bayside of the island (~15 minutes by foot).
Coronado offers year round relaxation on a secluded island, while being just a ferry ride or short car drive away from Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and about 20 minutes from San Diego Bay (Sea World) and the La Jolla coast. While Coronado's weather is usually mild year round, the home has a brand new heating and air conditioning system (plus ceiling fans) for the few special cooler or warmer nights during winter and summer months.

I am a business executive and family dad. I like to surf here on Coronado island or other beaches close by, go jogging along the beach near the Del and simply relax on this island.
Why they chose this property
Coronado is one of the best locations in California. This house is in a quiet neighborhood, next to the Golf Course, close to a pristine beach often rated #1 in the US, Hotel Del, Bay Side with ferry to downtown and San Diego attractions. You can do everything by bike on this beautiful island. I purchased this house due to its charm and a private backyard. A place where you can breathe and relax, while being close to some of the best attractions San Diego has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Golf (Coronado Community course/reasonably priced), Tennis (Coronado Community courts/free), Surfing (near Hotel Del), Swimming (Coronado Community pool), Boat/Yacht rental, all within walking distance. Walk or bike the island, and access downtown San Diego and many of its attractions via ferry. House is in a quiet neighborhood and has a private backyard.
