Guest Access:
Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive at the time that suits you within the established check-in window. We do not have on-site staff in the unit, but our team is always reachable by message.

You are just a few steps from the beach, perfect for soaking up the sun and the Caribbean sea. Within walking distance you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, from local to international cuisine, plus shops for souvenirs and essentials. The relaxed Hotel Zone location gives you easy access to Cancun's main attractions and nightlife.
Getting Around:
The apartment has easy access to bus stops for getting around Cancun efficiently. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about 25 minutes away by car. Free parking is available for your vehicle within the condominium.
Other Things to Note:
Before arrival, we will request an official photo ID of every guest who will be staying, along with the signed condominium regulations. This is required to authorize access and to maintain good relations with neighbors.
Good to know:
- There may be construction or maintenance work nearby, so some daytime construction noise is possible.
- The condominium has visible security cameras in common areas only (never inside the unit) to reinforce security.
- The trash room is to the right of the security booth, behind the black doors.
- Wi-Fi signal is strongest in the living room.
