Overall we had a great stay! When an issue arose I messaged Mark and he responded and helped immediately! The house was very clean and there was plenty for kids to do!

We spent the week after Labor Day here, my husband, me our daughter and her husband along with our grandsons 2 and 5. It was perfect in everyway. The communication with Mark and Jess was great and they were quick to reply and work with our changes to add another day. The house was perfect space to spread out and to also be together. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. The outdoors were a bonus from taking the canoe out to making smores and using the hot tub. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

The property is large and well maintained. The hot tub is clean. The amenities are generously supplied. We were able to put our boat trailer in the garage where there were two extra refrigerators. Our family loved the covered porch and began every day gathered there. The location of the property is excellent.

Our weekly knitting group decided to plan a getaway up north and decided on staying here for the best views, amenities, and of course, enough beds to fit us all! This place has it all; A gorgeous view of little traverse lake, hot tub, plenty of seating and a nice big open floor plan to help us breathe a little easier. Would highly recommend it for your large group retreats and getaways. Thanks for your hospitality, Mark!

Mark went above and beyond when he proactively warned us about a major blizzard bearing down on our rental. He truly cares about his guests' experience as much as their well-being!

We were 12 guys - 11 over 65 yrs but still juveniles, behaviorally. 10 of us in bunk beds. A little difficult for some to get in, but we knew that going in. We loved the house, and also the backyard and fire pit - heavy usage. Perfectly adequate amount of dishware and utensils. The kitchen fridge struggled, and freezer failed, but there were two more in the garage so we did just fine. These things happen. Our only negative input was the dishwasher. Very difficult and seemingly needs replaced.But, we would come back - and even a good possibility. We’ve been coming up to Michigan for 30 years in the fall and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed!
