You'll be able to relax and unwind in our beautifully renovated, family friendly and centrally located house. Our quiet village is conveniently halfway between Columbus and Amish Country, as well as Newark and Mt. Vernon. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal, and you'll rest easy in the soft luxurious beds. Whether for a family trip, girls weekend or romantic getaway you'll be so happy you chose to stay at The Ivy!
This home built in 1904 has been lovingly restored to brand new, while retaining all of its original charming character. The Ivy is located on a corner lot of a tree lined, quiet street and has private parking. Upper level has a master bedroom with king sized bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and private workspace, 3rd bedroom with queen bed accessed through the 2nd bedroom, and a full bathroom. Ground level floor has a kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, basic spices, coffee supplies, pots and pans, instant pot, crock pot, and more; a unique breakfast nook/cafe room with bar seating, dining room, living room with pull out sofa bed, a laundry room, and another full bathroom.
The fenced in backyard is not for guest use at this time. Also note that the old winding staircase is somewhat steep for those with mobility issues.
