With sliding doors that open the living area out to the large patio, you can enjoy the wonderful weather for which San Luis Obispo is so famous. This home offers stunning views of the distinguished golf course and is southwest facing, providing beautiful sunset views.
Kitchen is well furnished with all necessary appliances and features a breakfast table, bar with seating for four and a formal dining table. The great room offers stunning views for the quite reader.
This is a fantastic base to enjoy the local wineries, shopping, entertainment, beaches, hiking and all that San Luis Obispo has to offer. HOA requires monthly minimum occupancy.
