Overall, we had a good stay. The location is excellent, the place was clean, and the outdoor area was definitely one of the highlights. We really enjoyed being in Carpinteria and found the property to be a great base for exploring the area.That said, for around 5K for three weeks, I expected a higher level of comfort and quality overall. The mattress was the biggest issue for me. It was an older mattress with a piece of foam placed on top, which wasn’t very breathable and made the bed extremely hot and uncomfortable at night. A better-quality mattress would make a significant difference.There was also an ongoing ant issue, so we had to be very careful about leaving any food unattended and about how we stored food. Additionally, the couch is a futon, and while functional, it wasn’t particularly comfortable to sit on because it doesn’t sit very upright.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location, cleanliness, and outdoor space. However, given the price point, I would expect more attention to comfort and overall quality, particularly when it comes to the mattress and furniture.Priscila was very attentive and responsible during my booking, I would give her a thumbs up.
