Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please check that all lights, ceiling fans and fireplaces are turned off before leaving and set thermostats to 72 in summer and 60 in winter.
Please report any damages as soon as possible. Damages to home or property will result in charges deducted from deposit and extensive damage may incur additional charges. Please be respectful.
Private Beach parking FOBs are provided, but DO NOT LOSE THEM - $125 each to replace. Please return to proper locations.
Ensure that windows are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
