Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather All The Towels: Please place all used towels in the washing machine please. Use one cup of the laundry detergent (found under kitchen sink) and start the load on the hot setting
Wash or load all dishes into the dishwasher. Drop a dish pod (found under kitchen sink) in and start dishwasher
Throw Trash Out: Take out all trash and place it in the dumpster located in the parking lot. Please remember to return parking pass if you were issued one
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Not fancy but perfect for our purposes. Feels like someone's home which is a nice change from the Hobby Lobby decor of a lot of VRBOs. Hope to stay here again on our next Richmond trip!
