-This is a 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6) and is located in the East Tower with sweeping 16th floor with ocean views.

-Two Full Bathrooms with hair driers.

-2 Smarts TVs in the condo! 75 inch TV In leaving room and 55 inch TV in bedroom! You can connect with your accounts and watch your favorite shows!

- Washer and dryer,( new washer and drier 2025) in condo with Iron and the ironing board in condo.

-Delicious coffee and fresh donuts in the West tower! ( open Mar - Nov)

-Pool bar and grills next to the swimming pool with drinks and food! Purchase delicious food or grill your own! ( open March 24- Nov 24)

-4 Floor Covered parking garage.

- The HOA is on the second floor! Please park on the second floor!
