Biggest problem I had was the additional fee for the use of the clubhouse. That was not clear to me in the listing or the 168 page brochure. The unit was fine and quiet. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained and access to beach was amazing.

The resort itself was nice enough, but this particular condo had some major down sides. 1-The space is advertised as one bedroom, but accommodating up to 6 people. The only closet space of ANY sort is too small for even one person. 2-The pantry AND the storage closet on the patio were both locked, so there was no space to reasonably house food that would usually go in a pantry or beach equipment.3-We could not get EITHER of the DVD players to work or connect to any streaming platforms. 4-I provided our vehicle information ahead of time as required, but somehow our information never got to the front gate, so we had to play phone tag with Liquid Life and eventually got everything squared away after being there fort a full week. 5-The condo has a HUGE, heavy table that is WAY too big for the space, as well as heavy duty bar stools for the breakfast bar.6- There were breakable, fragile decorations everywhere.7-Tile on the patio needs numerous repairs8- Only one dim light on the patio so we couldn't see anything without getting portable lights to take out there.9- Packages are not delivered to condos. It was challenging to find our packages.10-The ceiling in the family room is damaged and looks like it needs a fresh coat of paint.11-We couldn't find a broom or mop. (Apparently they're stored in a different place than the vacuum and iron.)12-The half bath is so small that you have to straddle the toilet to get the door closed.
