Upgraded kitchen and bath with new quartz countertops in this quaint studio with queen bed and sofa bed. Full kitchen, 200 yards to beach access which can be seen from the balcony. Beautiful pool and hot tub for guests. 1st floor with elevator. Laundry room and grills on premises. Highly desirable 30A area in Seagrove Beach. Rent a bike or go horseback riding nearby. Pet Friendly! Also located a few miles from an off leash dog park and hiking trails in Point Washington State Park. Also great restaurants and shopping nearby. Extremely close to beach access. Beach umbrella and beach chairs are provided or can be rented at the beach. Monthly rates available from October 1 through February 28 only.
