The condo is in a great location directly across the street from the beach board walk and centrally within walking or biking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and groceries. The heated is pool is warm enough for a dip in January. The unit is stocked with beach chairs and wagon.

Cozy with great location

All the comforts of home, nicely decorated and clean . Great for two people and close to the beach for a nice walk. Clean pool for relaxing and cooling off. Great location for driving East or West for short roadtrips and restaurants. Teri communicated well and the price was right.

The condo was perfect for our family's weekend stay at the beach. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The condo is on the first floor, right across the steeet from the beach and next to a gas station, so it was a very convenient location. Our host was very responsive and made check in a breeze. I would highly recommend Teri's place to anyone.

PERFECT Summer Family Getaway

We enjoyed staying at Teri’s place! Everything was quaint, neat and located perfectly in Seagrove with beach access steps away. We are already looking at dates here in the fall!

Palms and Parrots was perfect! Loved first floor for unloading. Plenty of parking at condo. Teri was soooo nice. Even was able to let us in early! So much to see and do staying here! We ate at the BEST restaurants ever!!! Very close to the beach! Make sure you can climb the steps to get back over the dune… there are soooo many beautiful beaches near! There is definitely accessibility somewhere. I can’t wait until my next 30A stay at Palms and Parrots!!

Had a nice stay, commuication with Teri was nice. Sat outside on the tall chairs. The smell from the flowing tree was a bonus. Only thing, I wish the loung chair was newer, it was rusted and outdated. Otherwise a great stay and i would recommend to others..

My daughter & I came to stay at Parrot 6A for a couple days. Such a cute and quaint place. Teri the host was easy to deal with and great as a host. Coming back from the beach one day, our air was not cooling properly. Teri had someone there within the hour and the issue was fixed. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend

The condo was clean and the check in process was very easy. The location was close to the beach but unfortunately you had to walk 200 yards to get to the little public beach because of the private beaches.The condo has everything you need and was close to the pool. However the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever sleep in while traveling. I also felt rushed at check out my check out time was 10:00am and the owner knocked on my door at 8:30 am to see if I had checked out yet. Then was waiting for us in the parking lot to check out.

Great little place

A nice, small, and clean place convenient to beach & many other places. Teri had excellent communication. The unit was super clean with a nice memory foam queen bed. Beach cart provided. The only reasons not 5 stars: just 2 washcloths for 4 night stay, pay coin laundry, AND super loud footsteps from family staying above us. They had 2 small children that ran everywhere in their unit. Very annoying. We will certainly consider staying in 6A again.

Best stay for small group at 30A

This may be the best property in 30A for small families or a small group. The location is steps from the beach and right in the middle of the action in 30A. The place was clean and comfortable. Easy in and out. The evenings gave us peace and quiet from the madness of First Week. The condo has a grill, tennis courts, and clean relaxing pool. Restaurants, gas station, and bike rentals all with a few steps of the property. We parked our vehicle on Monday and didn’t move it until Thursday on the way back home.

Convenience to beach excellent

Perfect for our stay, had everything needed in kitchen, and condo. You can not beat being directly across from Public access to beach- literally directly across the street, nice central location to Seaside and Rosemary particularly when you child has friends at both areas and love the slower more quiet pace here, less bustle. Communication with owner was quick and easy too. We will be coming back here. And 1 bedroom condo was very spacious. It was my son and I but for families with hound child plenty of space for pack and play and to spread out.
