The Frangipani Farm - luxury accommodation on the Sunshine Coast

A stunning architecturally designed contemporary Queenslander in a prestige location on the Sunshine Coast - the perfect house for your family to be together, a place to share with other families, or a time for friends to enjoy company together. Perfectly set up for a pre and post-wedding getaway, family get-togethers and celebrations only minutes to the beach but with the serenity of the hinterland. Please note that we can not host weddings at the property.

The house is located on The Sunshine Coast Frangipani Farm - the largest frangipani farm in Australia. If you wish to book during the frangipani season peak blooming is between mid-October and March.

The large house has a magnificent wrap around deck providing indoor-outdoor living at its best and allowing you to enjoy the magnificent views of the frangipani farm and surrounding countryside. The house is equipped with BBQ facilities, fire pit area, lawn tennis court and swimming pool with a variety of outdoor seating areas ideal for entertaining.

The house is fully self-contained and the beautifully appointed kitchen is a dream to cook and entertain in - large island bench with seating, double door fridge/freezer, large double oven, bar fridges, coffee machine, mix-master, cooking utensils, pantry staples and crockery and cutlery.

As well as the large outdoor entertaining areas, there are also two living areas, a dining room and a library. There is a substantial collection of books, DVDs and CDs, jigsaw puzzles and board games. Large flat screen televisions, wifi, bluetooth stereo system as well as access to Netflix, Stan and Apple TV (just requires your own login details).

The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 people - maximum of 8 adults. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite with large walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have two king single beds each, while a sofa bed in the library is also available. The house has ducted air-conditioning and heating throughout as well as fans in all the bedrooms. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Enjoy the 14 acres of land - there is a large front lawn to play games on (croquet and boules provided), a lawn tennis court (tennis racquets and balls provided), a golf putting green, golf hole, fire pit, fruit orchard and a walk to the creek. Plenty of parking on the property for boats and jetskis.

The farm is a working property and while you are staying there may be activity on the property and around the sheds. Any activity will be kept well away from the house.

Just one hour north of Brisbane, only 15 minutes to Sunshine Coast Airport, local beaches, Mooloolaba, Ocean Street and Sunshine Plaza, 25 minutes to Montville and 35 minutes to Hastings Street in Noosa. Close to the Big Pineapple Wildlife HQ Zoo and Ziplining, Eumundi Markets, The Ginger Factory, Australia Zoo, Mount Coolum, Mount Ninderry and local golf courses and beaches.
