Curated two-bedroom cabin offering mid-century modern style just 15 minutes outside of Portsmouth, NH and 10 minutes from the best of Maine's "Vacationland." A perfect location to enjoy shopping, dining, beaches, and hiking. Seasonal views of the Piscataqua River. Dogs welcome with a $100 pet fee.



The Space:

Spruce Cove Cabin is your midcentury Maine escape, offering two bedrooms (both queen beds), full kitchen stocked with high-end cookware, toaster oven, mini-split AC in every room, 50” Smart TV, high-speed WiFi (300 mbs), working area with desk, record player, tiled shower, Casper mattresses, organic linens, back deck with seasonal views of the Piscataqua River, outdoor dining area, river access within walking distance, Weber charcoal grill, and an outdoor area with fire pit and Adirondack chairs...just to name a few features. Come enjoy Maine in a whole new way! Dogs welcome with a $100 pet fee.



As noted throughout our listing, Spruce Cove Cabin is in a residential community with several neighbors on multiple sides of the house. If you are looking for a secluded retreat in the woods, another one of our properties may be a better fit for you!

Spruce Cove Cabin is tucked into a residential, river-side community. Given our proximity to the Piscataqua River, we do have several neighbors on many sides of the cabin. If you are looking for a secluded setting, one of other properties may be a better fit for you.



Other Things to Note:

Spruce Cove Cabin is in a small riverside residential community. As such, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum both inside and outside of the cabin. If you are looking for a secluded getaway without anyone around, one of our other properties may be a better fit for you.



Bringing your pup along? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation.



Please note that Spruce Cove is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
