WARNING: Do not stay here. Host cancelled hours before check in with ZERO communication or explanation, leaving my family stranded for Christmas. Only a true coward would do this to another’s family at Christmas. Has ZERO business hosting with this level of humanity.

So much potential not realized yet. When I booked this property, there was only one review and it was basically stating that the owner canceled the reservation over Christmas. No other reviews. Supposedly new property with VRBO. The property was a little hard to find especially because there’s no address on it but just a name across the top and your Google maps can find the general area. We arrived on a Sunday and there was a worksite out front where they’re replacing or building a retaining wall. There was garbage from used bags to water bottles, etc., right outside to the right of the front door. I contacted VRBO immediately to ensure that there would be no workers while we are staying there, and they actually never answered that question. They wouldnt confirm that no workers would come. They kept saying they were looking into it. The second morning at 7 AM they arrived and were banging and woke up an infant. I talked to the workers and they said the owner said it was OK because they were outside. Not. We left a few hours later a day early. The workers did leave, but said they were coming back later with the Owner. The place looks amazing inside. Many very nice touches but no blinds window shades or drapes in any of the bedrooms. None. Great location. Two screen doors are ripped and the laundry room door won’t open a close fully due to floor warping. Could be amazing, but Owner does what he wants. It seems and you need window blinds or something. Large amazing house.
