About this property

Glacier Natl Park Cottage, Separate Home Office

A four-bedroom Columbia Falls property with something almost no other vacation rental in the Flathead Valley has: a separate private log cabin on the property used as a dedicated home office, with its own door and its own focus.

☆☆ LIVING ☆☆

The main home has an open layout with a hydraulic kitchen window that opens the cooking space to the outdoors. The interior is comfortable and well-appointed for a group of eight.

☆☆ THE OFFICE CABIN ☆☆

A separate private log cabin on the property, set up as a home office with a desk, chair, and everything you need to handle a full work day away from the main house. This is the feature that brings remote workers and working-trip guests to this property specifically — a real door, a real separation, a real desk. No other EMR property offers this.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. The hydraulic window connects the kitchen to the outside when the weather allows.

☆☆ BED & BATH ☆☆

Three bedrooms, sleeps up to 8. A proper setup for families or groups who need both sleeping capacity and a workspace.

☆☆ LOCATION ☆☆

Columbia Falls, Montana. Twenty minutes from Glacier National Park's west entrance. A ten-minute walk to local shops and dining. Monthly stays available October through May at a discounted rate — ideal for remote workers who want a season in Montana.

☆☆ LOCAL EVENTS ☆☆

Columbia Falls hosts the annual Huckleberry Days Arts Festival in August. Glacier National Park's peak season runs late June through early September. Under The Big Sky Music Festival in Whitefish draws national acts each summer.

Communication was great with the owner - even touched base with us once we checked in to make sure everything was as expected. The location is close to Glacier, Whitefish and within walking distance of downtown Columbia Falls - fun coffee shops, bookstore, fly shop and an open air restaurant. This house was a great set-up for family. We used the office as a 4th bedroom for our adult son. The house and property was very clean. We would definitely rent again!

We are Explore Montana Rentals, a Flathead Valley team that has called these mountains home since 1999.

For over two decades, we have hand-selected properties and placed guests in experiences that live up to the photos. Every property in our portfolio is personally managed, held to a standard we'd want for our own families, and backed by a real team that answers when you call.

When something needs attention at your property, we handle it, quickly, without excuses. When you have a question about the area, we answer it with the kind of local knowledge that only comes from spending your life in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

You are not booking through a faceless platform. You're booking with people who know these lakes, these mountains, and these roads by name, and who want your trip to be the one you keep coming back for.
