Amazing house! 2 families with kids aging 5-16. The bunk room was perfect and enough bathrooms for all. The 3 levels was great to give us all space but the living room and kitchen combo was perfect for family time. Bobby (the host) made checking in and out a breeze and was super attentive to check in and make sure all was well. The little park literally right next door was so fun for the kids also! We will be back!

Bobby was an incredible host! He responded quickly to every question and even sent a welcome email before our trip with recommendations for nearby beaches, restaurants, parks, playgrounds, and attractions, complete with mileage. It made planning our days with little kids so much easier.The home is beautiful inside and out. The landscaping immediately caught our attention, and the bright, open interior was even better. The kitchen is spacious, fully stocked with everything you could need, and thoughtfully equipped with kid-friendly touches like a step stool and child-safe microwave. The large island was perfect for family meals.The living room is filled with natural light, comfortable seating, and amazing ocean views. We loved relaxing on the deck and soaking in the scenery. The garage was packed with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and games like cornhole, Spikeball, and giant Connect Four.The downstairs was a dream for our kids with a fun bunk room, their own TV lounge, books, games, and a kid-sized table. Upstairs, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hot tub overlooking the ocean was the perfect way to end each day.This home truly has everything a family could need for a beach vacation. Between the thoughtful amenities, stunning views, and Bobby's exceptional hospitality, we had an unforgettable stay and would happily return!
