E had to contact the host to clean the toilet, there were no towels in the bathrooms, they were left by the cleaning people in the dryer, we had to fold them ourselves. After contacting the host, it was recleaned and towels were dropped off but then we couldn’t use the TV…after contacting the host again, he said they would be the in the morning…we figured it out, reset the router and the internet connection. I didn’t want to contract the host again and again. We had no dish detergent to wash the dishes, just one pack in the dishwasher cleaner but we didn’t want to wash three forks in an empty dishwasher. Then the upstairs bedroom fan didn’t work, the toilet upstairs didn’t flush without holding it down until it flushed. The place was a bit run down. You could hear everything, water running, flushing off toilets, neighbors, cars and shuttles…terrible. The neighborhood is rundown and shady. Not worth the money at all. The host seemed attentive but that wasn’t enough.

Thank you for your review and for sending the photos.I’m sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. As soon as you contacted us, our cleaner rushed to the home. The bathroom was re-cleaned immediately, and a fresh bag of towels was dropped off at the door that same evening. For the record, there were plenty of towels already in the home at check-in, and our team confirmed towels are always provided. Regarding the TV and internet, the main power switch had simply been turned off — we explained the quick fix to you at the time.We have taken your feedback seriously and have updated our cleaning checklist to prevent any confusion in the future.Based on our conversation and how quickly we addressed the issues, it feels like the main concern was regarding a refund. We do our best to resolve problems immediately during a stay so guests can still enjoy their trip.I’m sorry we couldn’t make this right for you. We wish you the best. Manny

Great location. Convenient. Great communication. Very responsive to questions. Need to have a discussion with cleaning crew. Blood on pillow case, 2 open Mt. Dew cans left in one bedroom, dental floss Piks found in corners, sample toiletries bottles empty. Blankets have stains that may need washed or replaced. Maintenance needed in upstairs hall bathroom. Loose floor tiles by tub. Check for potential leaks as drywall is bubbling and discolored.

The size of the space was perfect for the 6 of us and two dogs. Being able to bring the dogs and head out to Disney/Universal studios during the day made the trip worth it.

Ideal Spot for an Orlando Getaway

Great Trip

Manny and Shelly were very nice, our stay was awesome, the house was spotless and convenient to everything, we even decided to stay another night last minute and they were very accommodating and even told us if we needed anything to let them know, I would definitely stay again!!!
