The welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by a dip in the saltwater pool or taking a nap in the cool air conditioning, relaxing after a day of exploring. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended retreat, this tremendous home offers a peaceful spot to recharge. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
At additional cost, the adjacent house is also available where you will have access to laundry and many other amenities. Perfect for couples traveling together. The house and cabina back up to a 115 hectar finca where you will often see water buffalo or deer or even wild pigs running through the woods.
Near 6 beaches, 1/2 mi walk to first one. 30 minutes to Tamarindo, 10 minutes to Matapalo for groceries.

I love the private location, at the end of a cul-de-sac, Gated community, near the beach. It backs up to a large finca, where the horses, water buffalo, deer, wild pigs and howler monkeys co-exist.

What makes this property unique

Location! You can walk to the beach. Dine at the Condor Hotel just 300 meters away, or enjoy the pina coladas often sold on the nearby beaches. Or even closer, Big Mammas for a cold beer and ceviche.
