Perfect Beachfront Getaway! Beautifully situated on Marco's Crescent Beach (best location on south end!), you'll love the 'easy in - easy out' aspect of this first-floor condo no elevators or stairs to deal with, especially with kids and beach gear in tow. Neat and clean, this condo sleeps 6 and has everything you need to enjoy a week in the sun...beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, towels and a blender for frozen drinks! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster... stackable washer and dryer too! Living room has sofa and chair, flat screen TV, Master BR has queen bed with New Casper mattress, flat screen TV, private bathroom, and an ocean view right from the bed. 2nd BR has a queen bed with a twin loft bed above also and private bathroom. Central Air Conditioning to keep you cool during hot summer days/nights. Complimentary WIFI included. Picture yourself enjoying beautiful sunsets and spectacular gulf views from the 21' lanai that has comfortable deck furniture. Stroll the beach and collect seashells or play tennis or pickleball (bring your own equipment) on-site then head to the pool and hot tub to relax. You are also within walking distance to parasailing, wave runner and paddleboard rentals, beach shops, movie theater and 1st class restaurants. Watch dolphins play along the shore, explore Tiger Tail beach or take a 45-minute drive to Everglade City and take an air boat ride...there is so much to see and do. It is a bird lovers paradise ... walk around the neighborhood and see adorable burrowing owl nests. Naples is only a 20-minute drive where you'll find upscale restaurants and shopping galore (5th Ave., Tin City, Naples Pier). A wonderful getaway

We loved the location, first floor convenience to pool and beach and especially the view! Beds were comfy and it was stocked with everything a family needs for a beach vacation. Thanks so much!

Paradise

This place was perfect for our trip. It was clean and cozy and felt like home. It was conveniently located on the main level where you didn't need to go far. You are steps from the access door that takes you to the pool area and then to the boardwalk to the beach. Within minutes you are in paradise on the beach. People were friendly and the restaurants nearby are great. Pinchers, Marco Prime, Nacho Mama & the Marco Island Movie Theater were some of our favourites. It was my first time booking with Vrbo and I have to say, Nancy was a delight to deal with. She was kind and was quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. I would like to thank her for sharing a little bit of her paradise with my and my family.

Beachy paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is ideally situated on the first floor, allowing us to easily come and go without dealing with the elevator delays or crowds. We were pleasantly surprised that the view from the very spacious balcony was not obstructed by any of the vegetation because the unit is actually about 10-15 off the ground, so we were able to watch the sunsets without having to head to the beach. The Gulf sunsets, by the way, are absolutely phenomenal. The unit was nicely decorated and will appointed, with everything anyone would need for their stay. Providing the chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart was a a true life (and back) saver. Nancy, the host, was very responsive and immediately addressed a couple very minor concerns. Thanks so much, Nancy. We look forward to staying with you again next time we're in the area.

I live in Tyngsboro Massachusetts. It only took me one visit to Marco to know I wanted to own a piece of paradise. Three visits later I purchased this beach front condo. I get excited every time I have a trip planned to return to Marco and I hope my guests enjoy it as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

Marco is unlike many other places I have travelled to. It's easily accessible from Ft. Myers airport (50 minute drive) Once you cross over the bridge to this 4 mile x 6 mile island you feel like you are totally away from the regular hustle and bustle of life. My Sea Winds Condo is right on the beach, you step off the boardwalk and the water is right there. Other weekly rental complexes on the north end of the beach require a LONG trek just to reach the ocean. Marco Island as a whole is clean, beautifully manicured and has a nice relaxing atmosphere. People are super nice and it's not overpopulated.

What makes this property unique

The 21' Lanai is my favorite place to be. The sunset views are spectacular. Since the unit is on the first floor (about 10 feet off ground level) I enjoy seeing grass, palm trees, sand and ocean at eye level instead of being way up high.
