Enjoy the pool, hot tub, pickle ball, and tennis courts. Rent jet skis for the day, go paddle boarding, kayaking in the finger channels, fishing excursions the possibilities are endless in Marco. Watch dolphins from the beach or balcony. Weekly or monthly rentals available. New comfortable beds king and queen, appliances, completely new furnished/decorated top to bottom, All the beach gear you need, and excellent cookware in fully stocked kitchen to enjoy all the conveniences of home. New tankless water heater and UV light for AC added. Stacked washer and dryer in the unit. We have spared no expense in finishing this place from comfort to feel.
Master bedroom has new king bed and mattress. Second bedroom has 2 new queen bunk beds with pull out twin XL trundle. Pull out sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. Pack and play is also found in the master closet for use with sheets and extra memory foam cushion. Max allowed in condo is 6 persons per condo regulations. We love using our place frequently with our whole family or friends, see what you’re missing and try out our fabulous home away from home. From enjoying the finest restaurants, to shopping, dolphin watching, shelling, going fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, volleyball, jet skiing, bike rental, chartered boats. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start dishes in dishwasher and start it. Put all beach towels in the night before if possible. In the morning before departure place bath towels, wash clothes, and hand towels in washer start.
Clean out refrigerator and take trash out to trash chute that is in storage hall. Please leave the pull out bed or twin trundle bed open so they know to put on clean sheets.
If you leave before 10am Saturday please text us 260-760-1222 and let us know, it gives our cleaning crew more time for cleaning. We hope you enjoyed your stay and will visit us again. Safe travels.

The whole place was lovely. Wonderful view. Bed was comfy, kitchen outfitted perfectly with everything you could need. Furniture was perfect for the place. Stayed over Thanksgiving week. Enjoyed this spot. Can watch beach and beach goers from the balcony. Found lots of shells and saw fish and dolphins while walking the beach which is only an elevator ride and about 35 steps to the beach OR pool and hot tub. Plus there is a nice selection of chairs, coolers, canopy, sand toys and more in the room/locker. Condo had all the needed kitchen, bath and living amenities with a bright, clean and relaxed beach vibe! Several places to eat near by. We enjoyed Sunset Grill next door, and the famous Snook Inn near Rose Marina about 10 minute drive away. Highly recommend and thankful we made this choice.

Top floor, lovely view of the gulf, quick and easy access to the beach, owners that responded quickly and kindly, easy check in and plenty of parking. Marvelous Marco!

This place was amazing! We spent a week at this well appointed condo with three teenagers for spring break. Not only did we have plenty of sleeping options for everyone, the unit is as described and views are second to none! Check in was one of the easiest that we have experienced and the owners were super responsive to any questions we had. Book this place…it’s worth every penny!

It has always been a dream to have a condo on the ocean in Floridia. We love sharing our home and are here to welcome you to Marco Island and make your vacation and experience as wonderful as we can. From function to feel of the condo we hope you enjoy your stay.

Why they chose this property

There are only 2 main weekly condo rentals on the beach in Marco Island that have 2 bedrooms. We are so excited to be a Sea Winds. They really take care of the condo unit throughout the years, constantly updating, and the convenience is unbeatable. We use VRBO regularly with our vacation stays and excited to offer the best experience possible.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location, and beach for miles. This is the place to be in Marco Island. Not many rentals have a new comfortable king bed and queen beds, we really look for this when we are traveling with our family. The rooms are smaller 10x11 but the beds fit well within the rooms. When we stay with family or friends I prefer large comfortable beds and the black out curtains so we can really sleep and relax during the week and recharge. We also love to cook so we made sure the kitchen is fully stocked. Tankless water heater and added UV light to disinfect AC. All the beach essentials are in the storage unit for use 4 new beach chairs, a cart, umbrellas, beach blanket, coolers, beach towels. Also equipped with volleyball net, pickleball, kube, and spike ball. Football, shovels/buckets, boogie boards and all you will need for the week.
