This beautiful studio penthouse in the heart of the Zona Romantica, offers private rooftop access just a few blocks from the beach! Beautiful mountain views offer stunning sunsets, and HUE smart lighting sets the perfect tone for a peaceful and/or romantic getaway.
Fully equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, FireTV, fully stocked kitchen, and HUE Phillips intelligent lighting.
Perfect seasonal weather makes it possible to enjoy the outdoor living room and dining room.
This is a charming studio apartment on the third floor/roof of a local “brownstone“ type building. The roof access is private. And, the entire roof doubles as both and outdoor living room and dining room in the spectacular weather!
The entire apartment with private roof access are rented as one.
