The home was very clean. The hot tub & pool were terrific for our family. The kitchen was large & well equipped with dishes etc. There were no spices but that often is the case with a rental. We would have liked better lighting in the living room area. The ac worked well cooling the rooms but there was an issue with the bedroom ones leaking while they were on.Some deferred maintenance but not a big deal.Reached out with a couple of concerns & didn’t hear back while we were there.We’d rent again because it’s a nice big house in a great location but would hope for a bit better communication.
